Chunky Monkey no more

I've joined a new weight loss site. It tracks your calories for you and tells you what you should take in to lose weight (2, 1 1/2 or 1 lb. a week). Then you can tell it what you're eating and any physical activity that you're doing to contribute to your daily calorie count. It also helps you keep track of how many glasses of water you've had that day. Check out my profile here.

You also have the option of not letting the world see what you eat each day... I just use it to help me be more accountable for what passes these lips! I've done WW points before, but I'm WAY too lazy to keep track and do all that math. Here it's pretty much already in there for me!! Wish me luck!

Rolling... and then road block!

So, I'm having a blast Jenny's pictures of her little boy. His name is Gavin and this is the first time he goes swimming. Ain't he cute? Anyway, I've been on a scrapbooking roll lately and then I'm making these adorable pages (Gina Miller is the greatest thing since the Wacom tablet) and now I can't figure out a dang title! Road block!!

Credits so far: GM collab In the Sea kit, Val Foster's matting action & assorted Laura Barden photo actions
Can anyone give me some input? I'm tapped! I even know what alpha I want to use! I just can't figure out what to make it SAY!

More fun!

I finished this one today:

Gina Miller everything but... **Painted flower from Amanda Rockwell (retired collab with GM), tear template from Karah Fredricks (papers are Gina's though), and photo matting action from Valerie Foster.

This one was really fun for me, not sure why, but I'm really happy with it.

Lots of fun colors!

Because I haven't posted any in awhile, I decided to show y'all what I've been up to when I get some time to poke around on here.

And here...

and here!

Fun huh? I'm really happy with the first 2. I'm happy-ish with the 3rd but something about it is bothering me. I'm not quite sure what it is, but if I ever figure it out I've saved the layered format so I can go back and tweak it a bit. Drawing those cords is the hardest thing I've had to do with my PSE so far. I'm still having trouble getting used to my Wacom pen. I'm guess there's just something wrong with me. Anyway it's late now... I'm off to bed. Happy weekend!

Utterly Content

Deathly Hallows is my favorite by far. I just finished it. It was a fantastic book. I'm totally content with the ending, it was far better than I could have imagined. I laughed, I cried (happy AND sad tears) and I sighed. I'm sad it's over but can't wait to read it to my kids either!!

Long live Harry Potter! ;)
